The parquet doesn’t require frequent maintenance unless there are visible mechanical damages. All you have to do, to keep it in good condition, is cleaning with damp mop without using any chemical products. When after a number of years there will be very visible traces of use, you will only have to sand it and put a new layer of lacquer. After that process your Wonder Floor floor will look as new and will stay that way for many years.
